FLY.pl, operating in the e-commerce and travel industry, was looking for a solution to improve the handling of an increasing number of calls, especially during peak demand periods. The travel industry is highly seasonal, making it essential to implement a scalable, flexible solution that can quickly adapt to changing traffic levels.


We began working with FLY.pl in January 2019. From the very beginning, their priority was the ability to quickly respond to changing market conditions and to rely on robust solutions  all of which align perfectly with the dynamic nature of the travel sector, where agility, flexibility, and readiness for sudden demand spikes are critical.


PLFON joined as a secondary telecom provider, ensuring independent and stable connections. We integrated quickly and efficiently into the Thulium environment already in use by the client. Thanks to smooth technical integration and a partnership-driven approach, the collaboration proceeded seamlessly.


Solution


PLFON delivered a solution based on:


• SIP Trunk integration with the Thulium system and FLY.pl’s existing
infrastructure,
• deployment of a numbering plan aligned with the company’s internal structure,
• provisioning of a GSM number ideal for mobile service and fast customer
communication,
• ongoing technical support during implementation and later operational stages.


Tomek Kowalczyk, as the client’s account manager, coordinated the entire process, ensuring smooth information flow and quick responses to FLY.pl’s evolving needs.

 

Results


Thanks to the collaboration with PLFON, FLY.pl:


• improved call quality and connection stability,
• gained the flexibility needed to handle seasonal traffic peaks,
• efficiently integrated PLFON’s services with the existing Thulium environment,
• increased mobility and availability through an additional GSM number.
